This is not just a simple move; they’re investing a whopping $17.7 million to kick off their new headquarters and manufacturing operations right here in the bustling Blue Springs Business Park.
Creating Jobs and Opportunities
So, what does this mean for our lovely city? Well, TSS is looking to create 150 new jobs with a minimum salary of $50,000. The Georgetown City Council has given the green light for TSS to receive about $550,000 in financial incentives, which is a pretty sweet arrangement if you ask us.
The deal approved on November 26 includes a 10-year, 25% property tax abatement and a 50% abatement on any real property taxes above the base year established in 2024.
