In May of 2014, 600 Degrees Pizzeria and Drafthouse opened its doors. Thompson remarked, “It’s a fun location.” “It’s a little noisy and fast, but the staff are like family, extremely pleasant and attentive. It’s a fun atmosphere with vintage music.”
“A 120-year-old bakery has been resurrected.” On the side of the brick facade, the original name of the building, “Sanitary Bakery,” is printed. Thompson and his wife Sammy purchased the building and had it historically restored, bringing it back to its original layout.
