Positioned on a sprawling 165 acres at the intersection of Interstate 10 and Texas Heritage Parkway, this marketplace promises to be hard to miss when driving through Katy. Construction is already buzzing with activity. The vision behind this development is not only about shopping; it aims to foster a vibrant community spirit!
Among the highlights of the Texas Heritage Marketplace is a shiny new 149,000-square-foot Target store. Residents will soon have the opportunity to grab their essentials and explore the latest offerings at this much-loved retailer, conveniently located at 29355 Katy Freeway. While the grand opening details remain under wraps, we can feel the excitement brewing throughout the community!

With 4,683 new homes constructed and plans for an additional 13,600 homes on the horizon, the local community is primed to grow to around 147,000 people within a five-mile radius, boasting an impressive average household income of about $163,000 annually.
