Residents of Taylor, Texas have a chance to volunteer for the Habitat for Humanity Hops event, taking place on February 22nd at the Williamson County Expo Center. This community-driven event aims to promote home ownership while offering fun and networking opportunities to volunteers. Various shifts are available, including setup, main event assistance, and tear down, with each shift providing complimentary meals and beverages. Volunteers will help create a positive impact in the lives of those in their community.
Calling all residents of Taylor, Texas! Are you ready to roll up your sleeves and make a difference in your community? Habitat for Humanity Williamson County, a dedicated Christian ministry, is gearing up for a fantastic event on Saturday, February 22nd, and they need your help! This event will not only promote home ownership in our lovely county, but it’s also a chance for you to get involved, have fun, and make some amazing connections.
Mark your calendars! The Hops event will take place at the Williamson County Expo Center, located at 5350 Bill Pickett Trail, Taylor, TX. The festivities will kick off at 2 PM and go on until 6:30 PM. For those looking to get a head start, VIP admission opens at 1:30 PM. This is more than just an event; it’s an opportunity to unite as a community and support a cause that aims to ensure everyone has a decent place to live filled with hope and dignity.
Volunteering at the Hops event is a fantastic way to contribute while having a great time! If you’re interested, you’ll first need to complete an online 2025 Event Application/Liability Waiver. Upon submitting, you will receive an email with further details and a link to sign up for your preferred shift and position.
