It’s easy to see why this is one of Georgetown’s most exclusive neighborhoods for luxury house purchasers. The Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course, pools, tennis courts, walking trails, fitness center, spa, and the peace of mind that comes with living in a gated community are all available to residents. The homes are made of local stone and have metal standing seam roofs. They are situated on 2-6 acre lots.

Escalera Ranch is conveniently located on Leander Road, approximately east of Parmer. The San Gabriel River, which runs just north of the ranch, offers plenty of fishing opportunities. You’ll be in downtown Georgetown in less than 10 minutes, with all it has to offer, including Historic Square, which boasts a plethora of shops and restaurants. And, because I-35 is only a few miles away, you can quickly get to the Outlets at Round Rock or drive 30 minutes to downtown Austin. Do you prefer to spend your free time in nature? Georgetown offers a plethora of outdoor activities.

You may camp, cycle, walk, swim, boat, and fish to your heart’s content at Georgetown Lake. Don’t worry, your four-legged friends are welcome at this incredible hidden gem as well. Take the river walk for miles along the San Gabriel River, stop in San Gabriel Park to feed the ducks, or hop on your bike and explore the network of trails that connect the park to the square and even to the lake itself. The Escalera Ranch is surrounded by stunning scenery. The vistas are breathtaking. If you want a getaway where you don’t feel like your neighbors are on top of you but still feel like you’re part of a community, this is the place to go. Escalera Ranch should be at the very top of your to-do list.
